Mesmeric new worlds are revealed through real-time, live-camera interplay of natural materials and living things (flowers, worms, snails etc), and light, smoke and fluid dynamics. 'WormCam' evokes the arcane mystery of an alchemists’ forge or  an ethno-botanical field laboratory, and also enhances theatrical and performative aspects of VJ practice. It can be presented as a self-contained 'artwork' operated soley by the artist, or as a hands-on, inclusive activity enabling audience participation. watch videos clips of WormCam

WormCam evolved in collaboration with artist Jony Easterby, and school-children at Plas Tan Y Bwlch environmental centre during Snowdownia National Park Biodiversity Week, and with Natural Geographic on The Art Trail of 2004's Big Chill Festival. It has featured in durational IATMJ performances, been projected onto a stately home at 2005's Port Elliot Literary Festival (stimulating intensive public participation), and entertained 6000+ happy visitors over 5 nights at Power Plant, Liverpool, 2008.
