Project Neptune facilitated a new perception of heritage
by young people from Bristol Schools, who worked with experienced arts professionals to stage a spectacular re-creation of the formal gardens at Dyrham
Park, a
late 17th century mansion near Bath, managed by the The
National Trust. The Project Neptune website and blog comprehensively illustrate all stages of the project.
An amazing and totally immersive event played out on a vast stage which totally transported all of us on the hillside simultaneously back to the hey day of the garden and into the future of our wildest dreams.'
