Mindpaw, in partnership with Gauntlett & Son and The Bristol Old Vic, produced a multi-media presentation seen by 3750 Bristol
children during July 2008. The show is participative, memorable, and
delivers an important message. A 'furture-ologists' assistant revisits
the past in a time traveling fridge. He is advised by business
volunteers both on-stage and on-screen, and an audience of 200 young
people. He returns to the present equipped with the knowledge and
insight required to become a 'successful' person.
Mindpaw and Gauntlett & Son
also produced a resource DVD for schools to enable teachers and year
six pupils to re-cap on the stage show they attended at the end of year
five. It features interviews with ten business volunteers who provide
insight into their vocations, explain the steps they took to get where
they are today, and some of the challenges they overcame to achieve
their goals.
